Arya College of Engineering & I.T. says artificial Intelligence is redefining the way people work, and it is transforming the nature of employment in ways that make people adapt. Recent news claims that Artificial Intelligence is causing layoffs of some employees in particular corporations. On the contrary, other studies claim that on the whole, the labor market experiences neither job nor income destruction because of Artificial Intelligence.

Artificial Intelligence is efficient when it comes to performing tasks that are predictable and require much data processing. Artificial Intelligence can respond to customers' inquiries, process vast arrays of data, generate texts, and assist people in coding or designing something much faster than a person. Thus, Artificial Intelligence is valuable for companies because it enables improving speed and productivity. Simultaneously, Artificial Intelligence becomes an instrument for reducing the need for people in many routine tasks such as those in customer service, routine content creation, data entry, and certain programming.

Nowadays, there is a demand for AI trainers, prompt engineers, machine learning specialists, data analysts, cybersecurity experts, and automation managers; also,some studies reveal that AI jobs in the leading companies grow rapidly and workplace environments change in ways that lead to a two-track labor market in which advanced skills become critical. Hence, Artificial Intelligence not only replaces certain tasks but also pushes people to improve their qualifications and abilities.

There is one thing that is really alarming about Artificial Intelligence for workers and fresh graduates. If we examine studies and labor market reports, it becomes obvious that jobs using Artificial Intelligence have problems attracting entry-level workers because their tasks can be automated.

Seasoned workers tend to be successful when working with Artificial Intelligence due to having experience and skills that cannot be mimicked by the machine. Thus, Artificial Intelligence may result in the elimination of some positions occupied by newcomers. Artificial Intelligence will not eliminate all human skills.

The future of work will depend on the actions of people and corporations. If workers become knowledgeable in using Artificial Intelligence technologies, they will become more efficient users of computers. Those who adapt to Artificial Intelligence will be ready for the future of work. Corporations need to support their employees' work through using Artificial Intelligence technologies, but not to replace them with the latter.

Governments and educational institutions need to invest in educating society about the necessary skills that will allow students and workers to find employment in the future.

Finally, Artificial Intelligence does not steal all the jobs from humans. Instead, it changes the nature of these occupations. Some jobs disappear, many others change, and new positions appear and People who will be successful in this era will be those who learn to cooperate with Artificial Intelligence, and not fight it. Such people will win because they will be able to use Artificial Intelligence to make their work easier and more effective.
