REAP 2023 Application Form

  1.  The application form for REAP 2023 will release in seethe week of August 2023.
  2.  Students need to enter their details like name, academic details, email id, phone number, etc.
  3. REAP 2023 application form will be available online mode. No other mode will be applicable.
  4.  Scanned documents Need to be uploaded in application form photograph and signatures
  5.  Details in the Application form must be correct as there will be no correction facility provided to candidates.
  6.  The last date to submit the application form will be till the fourth week of August 2023.

Application Fee:

  1.  The application fee will be Rs.700/- for every candidate.
  2. The application fee for REAP 2023 can be submitted through the mode.
  3. Candidates can pay the fee using different payment gateways like a Credit card, Debit card, Net Banking, and E-Wallet.

REAP 2023 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech Course:

  1. Qualification: Candidate must pass 12th (Intermediate) from any recognized board.
  2. Subject: In the qualifying exam, the candidate must pass with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
  3. Marks: The minimum marks candidates must obtain are at least 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates) for Rajasthan candidates.
  4. Appearing: Those candidates who are appearing in the final exam 2023 will be eligible to apply for the exam.

For B.Arch Course:

  1. Qualification: Candidate must qualify for 12th class or equivalent from any recognized board.
  2. Marks: The minimum marks candidates must score at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible.
  3. Subject: candidates must pass with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
  4. Scorecard: The candidate must have a valid score in NATA to be eligible for the admission procedure.

  4. Counseling process - 2nd week of September 2023

 How To Apply For REAP 2023

  •  Click on “Apply Now” for registration.
  • Some Basic details for registration like name, email, mobile number, city, and courses.
  • After registration candidates have to submit the application fee online mode.
  • He can pay the fee using a Credit card, Debit card, Net Banking, and E-Wallet.
  • After fee payment candidates can start filling out the application form by selecting “Fill Application Form for REAP 2023”.
  • Fill in the details for the application form such as Personal details, academic details, category, address, email id, etc.
  • You need to scan documents like photographs and signatures to complete the application form.
  • The scanned photograph and signature must be in the prescribed size and JPG/ JPEG format.
  • After uploading the documents candidate has to lock in the college choice/ option form.
  • Get the printout of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.

There would be three main rounds of counseling in REAP-2021 except for management quota admission.

  1. First Round:- candidates from out of Rajasthan state and candidates belonging to Ex-Serviceman, PwD, and KM categories will be given an allotment of seats based on the merit list.
  2. Second Round:- (Upward Movement) for Candidates of the first round (candidates from out of Rajasthan, Ex-Serviceman, PwD and KM category) [(a) Who had their choice exhausted in the first round of allotment and (b) those who had reported in the allotted institute also opted for Upward movement through REAP-2021 web portal] would be given Upward movement allotment and Candidates from the Rajasthan state (having Rajasthan Domicile) would be given an allotment of seats based on the merit list.
  3. Third Round:- (Upward Movement) Students from the state of Rajasthan [(a) Who had their choice exhausted in the second round of allotment OR (b) those who had reported in the allotted institute.
